BROKE AS A JOKE! United Board REFUSE to Pay Sancho Asking Price, Eyeing Bale Loan.

Here we go Manchester United fans. It’s not the news we wanted, but in many ways it’s the news we expected.

After months of speculation regarding Jadon Sancho’s potential transfer to United, we’ve reached the “United Board pursuing other targets” stage of this transfer. We knew this will go one of two ways.

This is not a new tactic from Woodward and the Glazers. Whether it was the transfer of Bruno, Maguire or AWB, there has always been this stage before the fee was eventually agreed upon where we pretend to look elsewhere.

31-year old Gareth Bale on massive wages and made of glass is exactly the type of transfer Woodward likes (di Maria, Sanchez, Falcao, etc.). Ole has moved United away from this approach and it’s beginning to pay off on the field.

Sancho is the hottest footballing commodity trading this summer and Ole has identified the youngster as his number one target. Any failure to lose out on the transfer is down to the Glazer family’s unwillingness to pay-up and invest in the club.

Glazers Out! Woodward Out!

My name is Alex and I am a co-host of the American Red Devils podcast, and discovered the greatest football club in the world freshman year in highschool, after playing FIFA '99 on Nintendo 64. Originally it was the red hair of Paul Scholes that caught my attention, given the four Gingers in my family, but I never knew a redhead could ball like Scholesy. However, what really sucked me in was the arrival of Wayne Rooney at the club, to this day my all-time favorite player. I was lucky enough to witness my first game at Old Trafford in '07 while studying abroad, witnessing the 4-0 thrashing of Wigan. I rented a car and drove down for the day from Edinburgh to Manchester and back (NYC to Boston twice), driving on the wrong side of the car and the road! Lucky enough to be in Sunderland to see Zlatan's last United goal and in London to see Matic's stoppage time screamer at Selhurst. Honored and privileged to be a Manchester United fan.
