There’s too much smoke around this story over the past 24 hours for something to not be going on around United’s increased interest in Matthijs de Ligt. Apparently Woodward is willing to pay the player 40% more than Barcelona and Ole wants him to be the foundation for the rebuilt Manchester United Defense.
