Time to Shine
Tahith Chong will spend the 20/21 season on loan in the Bundesliga at Werder Bremen. The young Dutchman will look to perfect his form and become a standout player for Manchester United in the future.
In pre-season action for Bremen, Chong added tallies to his assist and goal contributions. Starting the season strong is undoubtedly something that Bremen and United want to see, and Chong hasn’t disappointed, scoring in his debut in the DFB-Pokal (German’s FA Cup).
Stepping-Stone
Much like the loan move for James Garner, Chong is looking to bolster the first-team minutes and perfect his craft. Ole has had nothing but positive things to say about the young lad, “Tahith works extremely hard every day, and he is constantly improving.” -OGS
Hopefully, when he comes home, there will be room for him to break into the United talent pool as a regular starter. Only time will tell, and if Tahith keeps playing with the enthusiasm he has thus far, there will be a lot to see from him in the future.
Nothing better than seeing an academy player turn into a quality footballer.
